A character who has been brought up in the streets of Mort will know much more about' the law of the street' than someone who has lived in seclusion or a dosed environment. This skill represents the level of knowledge a character has about the streets. A character with a high streetwise is likely to have been brought up -in and around Downtown, Suburbia or both.
